PERFECT PROPOSAL: Hayden and Tim were skiing with family in Aspen. For the last ski run, the two were having their photograph taken at the top of the mountain when Tim got down on one knee to ask the big question. Tim enjoys woodworking and made a box especially for the big moment. The couple was so eager to celebrate their new engagement that they opted for champagne and a ride down the mountain on the gondola.
SPECIAL TOUCHES: The couple loves their dogs and couldn’t think of a better addition to their special day than including their favorite pups, Link and Lula. Both dogs wore oversized crowns of greenery and baby’s breath around their necks. They sat to the side of the bridesmaids and groomsmen during the ceremony while Tim’s mom read from, “How Falling in Love is Like Owning a Dog.” Hayden’s favorite line is the last, “But most of all, love needs love, lots of it. And in return, love loves you and never stops.”
DELICIOUS DISHES: Hayden and Tim used Pink Avocado Catering on their wedding day. The selection included a cocktail hour full of braised beef short rib empanadas, bacon-wrapped shrimp, and black bean and cheese arepas. Dinner was served family-style and consisted of salad, filet mignon, applewood bacon-wrapped chicken, sweet potato croquettes, orecchiette and cheese gratin, seasonal vegetables, and crusty French bread.
VENDOR LOVE: Loot Vintage Rentals went above and beyond in making Hayden and Tim’s dream wedding a reality! They were able to transform the space into the perfect rustic chic wedding Hayden hoped for.
