We love the choice of fresh color palette for Anna and Matthew’s cacti inspired wedding celebration captured by Joslyn Holtfort Photography! Shades of blue and orange keep with the serape theme while looking as lively and young as the love of these newlyweds. Wedding weekend accommodations in the JW Marriott Austin as well as Hotel Van Zandt had these wedding-goers staying in the lap of luxury without being too far away from their venue. A lovely tented reception followed Anna and Matthew’s romantic vows, and we love how magical outdoor seating can feel, especially when accented with elegant decor and rentals from Premiere Events, as well as modern, elevated floral centerpieces. The team at Royal Fig Catering absolutely outdid themselves with delectable walking wedding appetizers like chicken and waffle bites, but the three-course meal they served was the true star of the show featuring a nutty apple salad to start, followed by spicy seared redfish and prime petite filet with sides of bacon brussel sprouts and honey and rosemary roasted carrots. Top it all off with assorted bites from the dessert table or something caffeinated from the affogato and coffee bar and you have a feast fit for royalty! From the bride: “Gloria, with Royal Fig Catering, was unbelievable! Not to mention the incredible food, but her team was truly amazing. They made every transition so seamless and not to mention how incredible their service was. The second Matt and I became Mr. and Mrs. and were able to start taking pictures, we were greeted with our signature drinks.”
