What is your favorite part of being a wedding planner?

My favorite part is being able to continually serve others. It gives us such satisfaction and gratitude to see their smiling faces and the joy that comes from the work we put in.

What’s the one piece of advice you share with every bride?

Do your research and consult a wedding planner before you book ANY vendors… this includes your venue. Being able to stick to your spending plan throughout your engagement starts with planning from the get-go. Setting expectations on what you can achieve with your spending plan is crucial!

Do you lean toward bright or neutral color palettes, and why?

I love pastel color palettes in the spring. There are so many gorgeous blooms in pastel colors!

What’s a favorite way for a bride to personalize her wedding?

Your ceremony! This is the most important part of your day. Why would you not want to make it unique to you and your fiancé? Here are some ways you can make it unique: acoustic versions of your favorite songs, a family or friend performing at the ceremony, etc.

What is your main goal as a wedding planner when it comes to working with a couple on their wedding day?

That we gel. I want them to feel comfortable with me and be able to trust me. A wedding is one of the most special moments in a couple’s life, and it requires trust and confidence in a wedding planner.
