Designers were taking the inside elements of bridal gown structures and exposing them this season. Inspired by the corset, boning was exposed and fitted bodices made an appearance. This look makes adds a chic touch to any style of silhouette. (Left: Austin Scarlett – shop locally Julian Gold Bridal, Right: Kelly Faetanini – shop locally at Blush Bridal Lounge)

Button Down Backs

While this trend has been around for ages, seeing pearl-lined closures running down an illusion back was all new! Such a dreamy update to this classic bridal look! (Christos, Rivini – shop both locally at Julian Gold Bridal)

Floral Embellishments

We couldn’t be more in love with this feminine trend! Texture of all kinds are in this season but the 3D floral embellishments were up and down the runway! Flutter and flow all the way down the aisle with these floral beauties! (Monique Lhuillier, Kenneth Pool – shop both locally at Julian Gold Bridal)

High-Low Skirts

We’re happy to see the high-low skirt making a comeback in such fabulously chic styles! Paired with floral embellisments or worn in a sleek design this cut looks stunning! The perfect way to show of those wedding shoes you spent months hunting down too! (Monique Lhuillier – shop Bliss collection locally at Julian Gold Bridal, Legends by Romona Keveza – shop at Blush Bridal Lounge)
